1. Naked cakes are all the rage these days. We love this one, a play off of Hilary Duff's naked cake back in 2010.

2. Love this little guide on how to mix fonts. Easy reference for Save-the-Dates, or a fun invitation from wedding to baby shower and more.

3. How amazing is this runner? The pop of color is so gorgeous, yet not overdone. We also love the looooong table look. So many perfect details in this shot!

4. We love this list of 10 Oscar Party ideas! Which fun glitzy idea will you use?

5. Not sure what to wear for your engagement photos? We love this gold dress. Its bold, but such a lovely & perfect shot of the couple. So intimate yet still glam! And who doesn't want that?!

6. A little extra in honor of the much-anticpated Oscars. This is AMMMMAZING. A look at every dress worn by the best actress Oscar winner, dated all the way back to 1929. Enjoy :)

Paper City Feature

Grab a copy of the most recent Paper City Mag and you'll find Belle of the Ball throughout their newest issue! We have not one, but two weddings featured, plus a fun new ad! Here's a quick recap on what's inside the mag, but for more go pick up a copy today!

First up is Meredith Riddle and Patrick Chastang's nuptials in beautiful Durango, Colorado. The gorgeous Colorado wedding took place in December at the Glacier Club with the help of Christine. I do's were said outside overlooking the snow-covered Rocky Mountains. Guests stayed warm standing on the balcony with hot toddies and hot chocolate as they watched the couple become The Chastangs! With the help of Papellerie, the couple's monogram had a unique Colorado touch. #idoindurango was used throughout the weekend! Belle's favorite detail of the wedding weekend was the bride's favorite candle, Hotel Costes Brown, was lit at the reception so her signature scent was part of her big day! A few photos from photographer, Chris Bailey are below. Enjoy :)

The second amazing wedding featured was back in July at Ellington Field on a private airline hanger. This enchanted forest themed wedding was so perfectly executed by Caroline, stepping in to help day-of. We especially loved the hand-made silk wisteria hanging over the ceremony as the couple said their vows. The long tables that lined the reception made for such a gorgeous room. We loved all the personal touches to this couples day. From the theme, to the cakes, each detail was chosen to reflect their love of renaissance.

1. We love these robes on Etsy for getting ready with the bride on her big day! Make for cute photos, not to mention how comfy they look! So many colors to choose from, you can do all the same or a combination of a few!

2. Kendra Scott is the perfect bridesmaid gift. And now with the colorbar, you can take all your bridesmaids there for a bridal shower. Each bridesmaid can create their own jewelry using the colors of your big day. The possibilities are endless.

3. This simple pave pendant necklace from Kate Spade is beautiful! Love this for a strapless bridesmaids dress.

4. Love this custom iPhone case for your bridesmaids. So many cute options with colors and fonts. You can make each of your bridesmaids one that reflects their style.

5. These monogrammed Tom's serve two purposes: 1. a comfy shoe while getting ready and 2. a cute comfy shoe at the end of the night for dancing.. which is always important. A bride wants her besties on that dance floor all night long!

Fashion Week - Bridal Designers Recap

Another fashion week come and gone so quickly, and here at Belle we can't stop reminiscing on some gorgeous fashion finds. Since wedding dresses really are (and forever will be) our favorites, we had to take a peek at our favorite wedding designer's RTW line. Can't wait to see how these designs inspire their next wedding line! These all could double as a glamorous reception dress, a fancy engagement party dress, or rehearsal dress. We love them all:

Badgley Mischka - The gold is gorgeous! Reminds us of one of our trends we found from Wedding Fashion Week!

Jenny Packham - Jenny Packham always has the most perfectly vintage glam dresses! Love the shimmer and creamy white mix. Gatsby-theme party anyone?

Kaufmanfranco - That white dress with the peak-a-boo feature is amazing! Love this for a honeymoon dinner dress.

Lela Rose - All of these are amazing! A little bit different than her usual ultra-prep look. The floral print dress is such a fun beach wedding look.

Marchesa - Is there anything more glam than a Marchesa frock? Always something unique from their line!

Monique Lhuillier - Monique can do no wrong. How she continually comes up with different designs, yet stays true to her line is fashion-genius. That short party dress is show-stopping! What bride wouldn't want to party in that?!

Naeem Khan - A recent addition to the bridal game, these designs are perfect for the bride that wants something a little different. That liquid gold dress is stunning.

Wonder if we will see any celebs in these come Oscar time?!
